Cap the number of posts new players can make to local

I suggest capping the number of posts a new player (<30 days) can make to local.

Will help to prevent spam and scams. 99% of the characters I have to block are <30 days old.

There is no legitimate reason why a new players needs to spam local 100 times an hour.

Should be a no-brainer.

In fact, that I even have to post this idea after the game has been running for 12 years seems kind of scary to me.

There's already a restriction on the amount of posting any player can do, telling newbies to pipe down until they're a month old will just turn more away. Besides, then scammers will just use older alts.

Only if there's a cap on how many bad ideas a NPC corp player gets to post on forums.

The fact that you think restricting the ability of new players to communicate with other players is a good idea is what's truly scary here.

Spam & Scam are not new players, they are old players using alternate accounts/alts so would just wait another 10 days to use the character.

Yes, let CCP implement this idea only on the condition that they limit your ridiculous threads to one a week (we do need sub-standard trollery shithousery like yours for moderately amusing reads).

Sure, as long as CCP also cap your forum posting to one post every 6 months.
