Adapting Dust 514 Contribution Tab to Eve Project Discovery

Introduce a contributions tab to publicly track analysis kredit earnings in Project Discovery. This is a contributions tab similar to the one released for Dust 514. It would allow players to compete against each other for high scores.

Additional feature: SoE award the corporation with the highest weekly combined Analysis Kredit earnings with a special weekly prize.

How would something that happens in Dust 514 contribute to Discovery?

I don't really see how shooting people up benefits real life science.

No.

Dust introduced a feature called the contributions tab to track command points earned by completing daily missions. I am suggesting Eve Devs to take this tracking system and apply it the tracking AK (Analysis Kredits) earned through project discovery task completion.

Ideally, I would like the contributions tab to be public--like a leaderboard.

A secondary suggestion is to automate weekly prizes to the 1. highest AK earning corp, and 2. highest AK earning player that week.

Public leaderboard for AK earnings, hmmm, going to get a lot of corp invite and trade request spam. Might not be that bad.

A contributions tab could be adapted to track any kind of LP earnings on a corp and player basis. Awards could be granted on a weekly basis by NPC corps to whomever earns the most LP for a given corporation or faction.

Making the LP (or AK) earning data public is going to be met with resistance.

Adapting Contributions Tab to track LP earning

Clarification:
-You can opt in and out of this feature for privacy. However, opting out prevents you from being able to obtain NPC weekly prizes.
-Each NPC corp/faction awards it's own weekly prizes for top LP earners. One player can be the top LP earner for Lai Dai, while another player can be the top LP earner that week for Blood Raiders.

Why do people that already earn the most need further bonuses?
Why should it be public information.

-More incentive to be the best around.Bear
-Making it public is important when combined with the feature of corporations being awarded for having the highest weekly AK earnings. Corp recruiters can see this public data and proposition slide grinders with joining their research corp.
