No shields, no drones, no reprocessing efficiency....this pilot is sorely mis-advertised, hardly worth the transfer fee.

As i put int eh sales thread..He is an exhumer pilot with good processing skills.He has reprocessing to 5 so while not being the greatest in that department he certainly isnt bad.I did fumble on the efficiency boast because i forgot i drained that one forgive me.I didnt advertise him as any other thing (drones,shields) so let me be the judge on wether or not hes worth transfer son.
