Even though I was not affected by the shutdowns and server issues, it is nice to know CCP is aware of the issue.

In case you did not realize, CCP just said we would be getting 200K skillpoints this weekend.

Can't argue with that, thanks CCP.

Edit: A public apology video and explanation of what went wrong is also a good move, should calm down some of those who were especially frustrated about the downtime over the past few days.

Well, 200,000 SP is more than what Ish would get from using a skill injector... so she's kinda saving 640 million ISK!

Then, 200,000 SP is also half of what Yiole and Cecilia would get from a injector, so they're saving 320 millon each... that's a total of some 1,280 million ISK, or more than a PLEX worth of injected SP!

And now I've convinced myself that the SP giveout is Xmas!! LolLol

Servers are down: "CCP, wtf, get your crap together, Eve is dying, omg I don't know what to do without eve!!! CCP are bad"

Free SP given to compensate: "CCP, you are the best! Wooow, amazing, Eve lives forever, blabla"

I will now lurk around a bit to find the first person that is not satisfied with the SP amount and wanted more. I found 50 bucks on the street, but it should have been 100 bucks!!! (leaves unsatisfied).

Yeah.....massive hardware upgrade and data center move. Can you consider what that cost including labor?

I'm sure they are not hurting at all.

The fact that they believe so much as to invest heavily into their tech infrastructure should at the very least calm some of these Eve is Dying peasants.
