By the way, I've never owned any AT ships, nor do I plan to buy any AT ships. I just don't like them, because their value is too arbitrary. That's why some people deal with gems, while others deal with soybeans and grain. I'm the guy who deals with soybeans and grain.

Smart move. Sell PLEX now, rebuy when they next drop, and THEN it is time for a long hold.

I don't even like the economics of flipping PLEX at the moment much less holding them.

I personally think that ISK sort of loss their meaning and value after the first couple of 100b.

Well, at some point, there is really nothing else to do with the ISK except to just show off with it.

You can give it all to charity but how many people actually give away all of their fortune to charity before they die? They usually only give a very tiny percent when they're alive, or give it all when they die (in Eve Online's case when they quit)

Eh, there's things you can do with trillions to send shockwaves through the game.

Just a massive, massive buyup of PLEX would be hilarious on its own, for the tears. An actual manipulation, not just buying as an investment.

I don't touch the PLEX market but I frequently manipulate the market on Gallente T2 components; something that there are trillions of ISK worth of in circulation.

Crystalline Carbonide Armor Plate is an item that there are 30b worth of on the market today. Particle Accelerator Unit 20b. Both are markets I have manipulated significantly from time to time with merely 1-2b strategic purchases.

A 200b strategic purchase of PLEX carried out the right way at the right time can manipulate the market upward while being profitable. I've seen it done.
