Is it possible to show my places in the navigation menu so that I can use the normal Keys to align/jump? Would save a window while in Null-Sec and just use up a Tab in Navigation similar to a pod-saver tab.

Or is it possible to use these navigation keys on a selected place?

If by navigation menu you mean the overview, then no. Your bookmarks (BM) can't be put on there.

You can organise your bookmarks into folders in people and places and then create a seperate window that contains the BM from that folder. You do this by r-clicking/double clicking (can't remember which) the folder in people and places. Then you can r-click individual BMs to warp to them or set destinations etc.

If you right click in space it will show you only the bookmarks you have for the system you are in. I use that to navigate through systems and it will also save you a window.
