From skill extraction point of view it could be a fair price, however, if you'll get an empty char and would like to achive 40 mil of SP then you require at least 50 bil ISK to get required amount of infectors.

In this case the fare price will be around 42-45 bil, I guess. Let's put this figure as b/o price - 45 bil.

wow... In the view of market price it is really...
Even though I may buy this character as my first char in EVE but not for extraction purpose, I may have to say let's wait for higher bid.

You are assuming that people cannot find 70m+ SP character for 45 bil on market, which is not true.

Well, I'not assuming, actually. But for 26 bil I'd rather disassemble the char myself. But now I'm offering it for somebody who is not rushing for easy ISK.

You should've taken the 27bil offer. That's more than you'll get from extracting once you factor in tax and broker fees.
