I petitioned that sale, because of scam, there is no answer from GMs yet. The buyer probably wants to liquidate before GMs reverse that sale. Avoid buying it as your purchase can be reversed, depending on that petition.

And no, I'm not bidding for it.

Petitioning because you where to late in the sale is childish and get off my post, go cry elsewhere, please can someone block this person from commenting? Claimed the seller was scamming even though it got its money back... you are confused sweetheart

The outcome of the petition is in the hand of GMs. Maybe they decide as you hope. Maybe they don't. Anyway, until they decide, buying this character is risky.

Also, the fact that you are selling it 3 days after buying it is clear sign of something nasty going on.

This Helga is always trolling people and making stuff up the last character I bought had a eve mail in it from Helga (as he/she was bidding on the same char) saying I was a scammer and not to sell to me and that they were offering more and blah blah blah, End result the seller sold to me anyways and I got the character even with a 4 bill lower bid because the seller like myself knew that Helga was an ass that just makes stuff up and tries to make other potential buyer's look bad.

I'm sure others have had their own experiences with Helga, we should start a thread and talk about all the shady things this buyer does.

As per the bottom of character sales thread by CCP

"Agreements on the forums or in game, or winning an auction does not guarantee a character will be transferred to you. The seller may choose to renege on a deal at any time, prior to the transaction being completed"

So you have nothing to petition if your funds were sent back, have a nice day troll.
