As topic says, I'm on the look for Pi tyrants.

Must have (minimum) P.Consolidation and upgrades at 5. Preferably all PI skills at 5. Must be able to drive an Epithal with some basic core skills. Having scanning skills will be considered a bonus. I will not pay for any other "wasted" SP.

It must be an evil white male, with active patriarchy membership and high proficiency at exploiting third worlds. Cool
