+1 for one of the finest guys in EvE universe, both IC and OCly.

Tho Utari's decision to run for CSM was a complete surprise (on second thought it wasnt), I'll be the most pleased to have him on CSM. Determination and uncorruptable faithfulness to truth, fairness and justice makes this lad my fav.
I belive he will be one of the most memorable and effective CSM guys in the history of Eve for all of us, souls that periodically go into a tight hydrostatically stable environment.
For my part, I'll feel a huge relief when W-space issues especially are being addressed by him.
