This was used to passively run level 4's in an Ishtar, freighter pilot when I mined, and salvaged level 4's with a noctis.

Can use tech 1 heavy and sentry drones.
3h training for all battleships
1h training for Rhea

Poor drones, poor gunnery, poor tanking. I can only imagine how long level 4's must've taken! It must've been like watching dry paint peel in the sun. It's basically a freighter pilot with a load of wasted SP.

Value-wise I'd say it's the same value as any other freighter pilot, 6-7b.

Had offers of 12 billion. This isn't a combat pilot and was never flown by itself.

edit: problem is I can make 700 isk per sp by buying injectors and selling the extractors.

Yes, that what the offers of 12 bil are for, they are going to put you through the blender and make a profit off the raw SP. Or possibly sell off everything that's not freighter / jump freighter related, and resell what's left.

The actual character as it is, isn't worth much. The raw SP are more valuable.

For 1 hour training into a Rhea you estimated 50% below offers I've gotten.

Did you want appraisals or an argument? Because it certainly seems like you're spoiling for the latter.

Anyway, as Charles has pointed out, any potential buyers would most likely be looking at your character as an SP source rather than being particularly valuable in it's own right; it really is more of a freighter pilot with a couple of additional skills thrown in.

Perfection is a dish best served like wasabi .

You asked for a value for the character, not the raw SP he contains.

Sometimes the product is worth less than the sum of its parts.
