I have 2 Combat booster starters that I am looking to sell, both have no corp history beyond their npc starter corps. Both are mapped Charisma/Willpower and are finishing the last T2 link skill in the next 7 days. Both have 2 bonus remaps available.

so basically you asking more than 1b per 1M sp for a character that cannot fly any ship decently with no core skills , no navigation , this is not even a booster he cannot fly any t3 nor command ship , this is a work in progress nothing more

Couldn't have said it better myself, they are a work in progress. If you are in the market to "Inject" your way to a links toon then these 2 will save you isk on injectors.
