Process goes like this...?

I put character on market.
I accept someones offer and ISK goes to me.
I transfer ISK to another of my characters.
I pay CCP transfer fee.
I transfer character to the person who purchased it.

Is this correct?

u put character on market.
u accept someones offer and ISK + his accountname he wants this character goes to u
u transfer ISK to another of ur characters
u confirm in thread that ISK + accname has been send
u start transfer with 2 plex or ur credit card
