The extra 3-6B price is for his 12 years history and clean Corp History and 3 Remaps. With Skill Injectors he will be training to a perfect main. Not in a hurry. Waiting for a good B/O.

(so there's only 4.2 Bil value in extracting skills). However good luck with your sale. :)
