Hey guys, this may be an easy fix that I could be missing. I have an older account that I created when I lived in Japan. Now that I am back in the states from deployments, I wanted to start it back up, problem is the only option I have is either plex or some Nex Points shop for Japanese customers and all prices are in yen.

This account has paypal and CC, like normal but for some reason I can not get that account to have those options. I don't want to use some Japanese coin shop to play.,

Am I missing a setting some where that links just that account to being Japanese while none of the others are?

I think you can just ask somebody at CCP to change the currency via a ticket.

I've moved country/payment currency in the past, and it caused issues with rejected payments and so on. After a bit of investigation, somebody at CCP was able to change the account details at their side so that payment/billing/currency were all in line - I don't think you can do it yourself.

Edit: As far as I know, your account stays in it's original currency no matter where you are or what other accounts you have - if you want to change it, you'll need to ask them to do it as it'll not sort itself out over time.

Got ya, I even tried to buy a time card from the shops but it won't let me apply it to that account. Ah well, ticket submitted, time to wait! Thanks

Edit: not sure why it switched characters though lol
