That is, in fact, not how the character appraiser is supposed to be used. It automatically reduces the isk/sp due to the presence of industry skills. So how about you don't go lowballing some guy because "I don't need industry".

Character has really solid supports and flies a ton of ships, you'll get my bump hope it sells soon!
