Eveboard isn showing correct figures now. From his terrible Carebear times, he has still some lost memories of a lot of other unnecessary skills including Gallente Dreadnought and such.

After an extensive reeducation program he is now willing and able to enforce the laws of HighSec.
He is located in Jita IV-IV. He is lacking a Mining Permit atm, but willing to buy one asap.

All CCP rules apply - you know the deal.
