Caldari and Minmatar ship skin bundles?

Wondering if CCP have anounced anything regarding ship skin bundles for the Minmatar and Caldari in the near future.

Caldari especially already has the Blue Tiger and Raata Sunset skins, why not bundle them like you did for the Amarr and Gallente?

There were some shortly after the release of some of the new skins but they seem to have been removed, maybe they'll return at some point.
