running launcher

it pops an error message about failed download.
after that , i cant login to any character.

ask me if i want to run network diagnostic:

Exactly same for me. Downloaded it last night. Happily familarising myself with it. Logging in and out. Go to log in again 20 minutes ago and a pop up appears "An error encountered while downloading" and from there on in unable to login any accounts as same pop-up keeps appearing

At least we know it isn't anything we've done our side Big smile

Same probleem here. cant log in with old launcher and new launcher.

Edit: version info at bottom of launcher is also no available.

Same issue here, running diagnostics tells me there's no awnser from host, however TQ seems to be up and running!??
Reinstalled launcher, no effect.

diagnostic message: Reply from 195.50.122.214: Destination net unreachable.

Plz lets us know if you guys know whats going on CCP . Thnx

Same issue for me

Resolving client.eveonline.com doesn't work, but I can view the page in chrome....

http://client.eveonline.com/patches/premium_patchinfoTQ_inc.txt doesn't even come up, I get 500 Internal error's.

YEEEY ITS FIXED...NOT. Now I have incompatible build. And I tried repairing and downloaded everything and its still the same.

this was a problem before downtime too, if you logged out like I did, you could not log back in. I think its a ISP issue myself as my friend 2 towns over on a different ISP had no problems.

same issue , after reinstalling laucher it helped but now after downtime i got incompatible built ,

WELL guys...it was YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH for like 20 mins before DT. However after DT i get the incompatible build error.

i tried to remove sharedcache map and then launcher downloads again , but even thta dousnt work
