Needing loan for 5.4B for 15 days. This is to get the ships I need to begin mining operations. I have contacted Chribba to secure the assets and I will pay his fee. Upon Acceptance from him I will contract the Ship to him. Payment sent to him for the loan amount.

I am bidding on that for my own reasons. I offering collertal in excess of the value of the amount requested. So I am not inclined to say what the extra 5.4b is for.
