Would be great if the Tengu was bonused for RLML.

i think if you ranked all the ships in need of a buff you would not find the tengu anywhere near the top of the list

Jack, you have to explain it to me

I check and confirm that all 3 Offensive subsystem for Tengu that is specialized for missile have bonus for RLML

RLML Tengu fleet would be soo annoying. High EHP high Dps. please don't feel bad but this isn't the best idea for a change to the tengu
