Launcher stopped working after DT

That button downloads the launcher, which is then used to download the game.

Reinstalling the launcher can help with some problems that look like this. Sorry it didn't work in this case for you -- we've had some login-related issues this morning, so it might have something to do with that.

"VIP mode" is a status where the server accepts connections but only developers may log in. We do this when we need to perform testing or troubleshooting on the freshly-restarted server. Don't worry, despite that your account may not be flagged for this, you're all VIPs in my heart. Big smile

as much as we appreciate the bumps, im sure ISDs might be coming to lock this if it strays too faar for too long.

Tranquility in VIP mode. Status shows 0 pilots online. I'm having the same issues described previously.

Cluster not accepting connections.

The servers did an "emergency" shutdown and said they'd be back in 20 mins......an hour or more ago now

I took a day off, to take care of lots of things in the game... Of course, CCP's screws up again. Running 33 Characters, this is, again very expensive for me.

Where can i ask for compensation?
