Are you using the New or Old Launcher?

I'm using the new launcher.
To be more specific, I'm able to log in but when prompted to verify the name of one character on the account, the name doesn't register as correct. I've tried several times, with correct caps, without caps, eve one letter at a time.

Hi there. I am having the same issue and have already posted a request for char to be reactivated on Sing. Server. That was a week ago with no change. Is this a common issue?

using the new launcher. The request for account activation sent a week ago. I can not enter . There is a data dump. I enter the data without errors. What is the problem and how to solve?
