Can skill injectors be activated remotely?

From what I've read you can only inject in station when not in a ship->in your pod. That would suggest you can't inject remotely. Much like irl, lol.

Yeah, in real life I definitely have to be present in the space station where I have the skills so I can inject them into my cerebrum.

Just a daily route to work; drive to the launchpad, board the rocket, blast into space, get into the ISS, do some drugs, go back home again.
