Cloak Detenation Module

Cloak Detenation Module: de-cloaks anything within a solar system, can only be fitted to battleships, and has a 15 second spool up timer. Power grid consumtion 9,000 mw, ship will remain fixed in space for 10 minutes, and with no capacitor after activation. Cannot be deployed within 100km of a celestial i.e. station or star-gate. Module cannot be used in High security space.

There is a sticky on this matter that is 284 pages long. So no need for a new thread. And as far as the suggestion goes. It has been discussed to death few times.

I skimed through that thread, yes it covers afk cloaking, but does not have this idea as a new game mechanic. None of those ideas cover any risk for the pilot trying to decloak. Here we have risk involved, we must maintain balance between risk and reward.

Yet, all those threads give CCP a clear sign that the people would like a change to cloaks.

Ok great they show that they want change but they give no good example of how to do that, while maintaining balance. This does.
