Naga 0.0 guristas ratting

Is it possible to rat in guristas space with a naga ?

I'm more concerned about not been able to track elite frigates.

Anyone has done it, any ideas ?

nah. The missiles kill any form of sniping. Those toprs go to something like 130km. I mean if you have t2 guns you can warp to 100 and use MWD to GTFO and kill it all but other than that your screwed. Youd be better off with a rokh if your a hybrid caldari dude, a raven with missiles, or a talos/megathron/dominiz/hyperion if your gallente. basically anything else you can fly would be better against guristas than a naga

Even with med guns, elite frigates might get under your tracking and ruin your day. Even with a web, I would say large blasters will have an issue, and if you have rails in mind, make sure you have friends around that can bail you out in time!...

Ham drake or even HML drake will be better in the long run- BC wise and the Talos might have a better luck, but still remember to avoid elite frigs + jamming BS combos. The tracking bonus + light drones are a big plus yet...

Get a Tengu - agile like a cruiser to hide when needed, hits almost as hard as a Naga with HMLs, more range, ECM resistance, can run anomalies for better isk/hour too, as it can tank pretty good. A deadspace SSB is enough with 3x T2 resist mods.

Actually, Naga has a better tank (much much better tank) and dmg (from turrets) than a Talos...running either blasters or rails...not sure where you came up with your theory, other than not being able to shield tank? Only thing the Talos has is light drones and a very slightly higher speed.


But if you are concerned w/ frigs, than something w/ drones would be best...or the inevitable T3 cruiser...

Get a Rohk and be a naga with tank and drones. Also has more low slots for even more dps at range. Naga is for PVP/bashing not ratting.
