Offline / out-of-game resource for full skillbook info

Is there an out of game or offline source for skillbook information, specifically the required-for tab?

The Evelopedia has some data on skillbooks, for example their requirements to train the skill, but does not tell what different levels of a skill enables. In-game there is a "required for" tab that allows you to click on a given level I-V and see what that level of the skill unlocks. Out of game I cannot find the same resource.

You might try phone apps you can download, not sure if they have what your looking for but if you haven't tried it may be helpful.

I've been looking for the same thing. It's frustrating to start this game as a new player and discover that so many of the online resources are outdated or lack info. For example even the the sticky post at the top of this forum links to a "skill resources" wiki page with nothing but broken links. USELESS. Who moderates this forum and keeps the info updated? It feels abandoned...

Evemon has that feature.

If you create a plan and view the skill browser there is a button near the top right that shows you the ships and skills an certain skill opens up.
