When I started this char, missiles was OP, they nerfed them, then I went E-war, nerfed, then all out gallente and drones, nerfed again.

Will love an estimate as how much he is worth.

Many good skills train but your toon kinda lacks focus. Like some SP invested in leadership but he cannot use most of t2 links. some wasted in indy/mining. Overkill on armor while missile skills are not well-trained. And no Capships at all. Toon value should be around 29-30b.
