I want to buy a skilled out ISHTAR PILOT, pm me in game or in this thread if interested. Price is not really an obstacle (prefer to stay around 14bil can go higher) I just want a well rounded pilot.

I recently resubbed the account this toon is on, it is a strong Gallente pilot, great for incursions, Ishtar ready- only missing the HAC skill itself, so 37 minutes to Ishtar. 1 remap, next one in 2 months, 50k unallocated sp. I would take 14B for it if it's of any interest.

That is a great toon but sadly ill have to pass simply because I am looking for something slightly more focused
