I have a C5. Still scanning down all the sites, but right now it has an entrance through a C3 near Jita.

It has no effects at all. Contact me in game before DT today if you would like to talk.

Oh and no Towers or Structures of ANY kind.

EDIT : Taking the 2 ladar sites... Will be 5 sigs, 3xWH, 1x Grav, 1 xRadar

Will give locus ID on in game contact.

OR there is a black hole C5 through this C5. Still empty... Take yer pick.... But the WH in wont last forever so let me know.
