I don't know - we have the Valkerie chronicles - and as EVEs base is made up of all kinds of people, and an Anime could be adapted. It just couldn't be about any current events, unless they worked super close with CCP

Could do the Amarr/Minnie war or the Gal/Cal war. EVE has such a large history from the lore it could come from anything - and just think about the exposure in Japan or other Asian countries (not excluding others who have animation) for EVE Online.
