You have a lot of wastage. Overkill on the shields, poor drones, poor gunnery support, advanced spaceship command is total waste. He is not really great at anything. He needs at least a month or two training to get the gunnery supports, drones, and BS levels high enough to be a good incursion pilot.

I'd say if you get 5b you're lucky.

Put in a couple of months trianing to make him a great incursion DPS pilot, and you might get 7-8b.

5-6 bil max I agree with Aptenodytes, you have a LOT of wasted skills and really no skills that you need to be effect in incursions.

He does well enough tbh, I run with tvp on this char and he really does do very well, gers unto fleets no problem haha
