i've recently attempted(and failed) to import eve central data to google docs using something like
=IMPORTXML("http://api.eve-central.com/api/marketstat?usesystem=30000142&typeid=2268","//type/sell/min") but the values returned are #N/A
"Error fetching URL, #N/A :("

can anyone give me a hand ? im looking for buy max and sell min values for a couple of items.

Dont use the xml import function use this script instead. https://github.com/fuzzysteve/eve-googledocs-script
There is one there for eve central prices.

Tested. Once again there is some problem with importxml.

Suggestions:

Use either

a) importxml2
b) some custom script like the one posted above.

o/

So i had a spreadsheet working..pulling Jita's Min Sell Prices for all of the Ore, Ice, and Minerals...Was using that script, worked great until yesterday...

I added the Compressed Ores to the lists..then it started throwing me an ERROR with 502 bad gateway...Eve central is up, I can access it just fine. A couple of my Corp mates confirmed this as well.

--EDIT: The thing with Eve-Central is that the homepage isn't loading any of the main hub's or minerals. Just says 'Reticulating Splines', 'Loading Snapshots'; But when you search an Item it works fine.

Just curious to know if there's anything that can be done to fix? Or just wait it out...?

Here's my spreadsheet for reference: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1KshcljLcssbAwkMCzc-aBeeRFg5q_LNc0_BeNhB6HGY/edit#gid=0
