Character Bazaar

I am looking to purchase a character who can fly the Nestor and/or the Archon. For requirements:

Basic fittings skills at 5 (including AWU)

Gallente Battleship and Amarr Battleship 5 (Nestor)

Amarr Carrier 5 (Archon)

Proper support, tank and weapon skills at 5 (leniency given for some of the more useless drone skills)

Positive sec status

No negative faction standings (don't wan the faction police coming after me in high sec)

I will pay more of the character meets all these requirements and can fly both the Nestor and Archon. I will pay further for:

Marauders 5

Commands Ships 5

Leadership and boosting skills

Other PvP ship flying capabilities

Scanning

Price is not an option, but I have an idea as to how much characters are worth. I'm not paying 50-bil for a character that has passable Archon skills.
