Next T3 ship idea

Deep Space Hunter.

It is a T3 battlecruiser. EVE's version of a submarine.

Ships will all use torpedoes. All are nullified and have a natural +1 to warp string. Can fit covert cloaking device. Hull cost will be between 800m-1b. Very expensive to lose and no skill loss. Skill loss from T3 cruisers needs to go away but that is another subject. The Caldari and Gallente ones should do aprox. 900 dps and the Minmatar and Amarr ones 750 dps or so. Tank should fall between T1 combat battle cruisers and command ships. Similar to a stealth bomber, no cloaking delay.

These ships are taking solo or small fleets into nullsec to hunt miners. Also these are the ships that uncloak next to the plexing fleet in W-space before the rest of the fleet warps in.

Skills needed: Racial battle cruiser to V and cloaking to 5. All have one utility high slot except the Amarr one. The utility high slot is to fit the cloak.

Minmatar version. 5% bonus to torpedo damage per skill level. 5% bonus to torpedo range and missile explosion velocity. 5% bonus to target painting, web range and shield per skill level. This is the fastest and least tanky. Most agile and best warp speed. 5% bonus to torpedo range and missile velocity.

Gallente version. Only one with a drone bay. Can carry and use 5 medium drones. 5% to torpedo damage, 5% to missile velocity, 10% to drone damage and 5 % to active armor tanking.

Caldari version. 10% to torpedo damage and range. 5% to missile explosion velocity. Strong natural passive shield regen. Should be fitted with purgers and tanked like a drake/nighthawk. Most damage out of all purely from torpedoes.

Amarr version. This is the one meant to fit a large armor buffer. 5% to torpedo damage, and missile explosion velocity. 10% to neutralizer amount and armor rep range/effectiveness. You either fit a medium neut or fit for spider tanking. Alternatively this is the one you would fit the cover cyno to. Has the best capacitor.

lol. This is probably one of the most OP ship proposals in recent memory.

If you are serious about your idea OP;

> Covert-Ops Cloak
> non-flimsy tank
> good speed and agility

Choose two.
(no, you can't have more... no other cloaking ship in the game does)

Nullified and/or the warp-core strength on a cloaking-capable ship are non-starters. Drop them completely.

Submarines are slow, unwieldy, and very very flimsy,

Your idea is a cloaky ships with no weaknesses.

Also can we work on fixing and balancing the current T3 problems in both T3's and Svip?

You forgot the covert jump drive/bastion module that lets you move faster and tank the second coming of Christ.

It needs a TP bonus that's boosts any ship to the size of 10 Titans ......something minimal like 50000%

There is also the distinct lack of Bomb Launching capability.
You know... because it needs to be able to "soften up" its targets before it attacks directly.

"IF" in the spirit of new T3s this has modes, I'd say that could be fine. But the covert ops is a stretch. Maybe cloak bonuses like a Black Ops then. Still this is a stretch. It should be very expensive to build. Maybe as part of the storyline, be based off Drifter tech.

Oh that ship is way too weak already, need 7 more high slots for doomsdays murder death-rays tech 97 (talocan / terran tech), a fighterbomber and doomsday bomber bay, a jump portal generator and wormhole stabilizer and mass producer.

And since it is terran, it should also take sov by entering any system and capture stations by jumping out of the system - region should be yours by then anyways.
