Cargo Sectioning

This is an idea which recombines existing features to create something useful. Here the basic idea:

On any cargohold, in the right click menu, there's a new entry, to partition or section the hold.
This new hold can be given a name, size, and an optional filter (identical to the existing "my filters" of inventories.
Alternatively, a container can be used, by applying a filter to it.

Here some use cases:

In a combat ship, section off X m³, name it ammo and have it reserved for your ammo. The filter could be set to only accept ammo the ship actually needs. When using the main ship inventory, which may have a lot of loot, you will not accidentally also move your ammo and potentially undock without any.

In a salvage ship, you could section off most of your cargo with a filter for salvage, into which any new salvage is stored. And is not mixed up with other items you have, such as maybe a tractor mobile depot.

To summarize (tl;dr):
-On any cargohold a new option for sectioning is added, creating a subsection.
-A cargo container can be used as subsection as well.
-A filter can be applied to any subsection, which can be toggled to autosort any new items.
-When an item is pulled from the main cargo, subsections are also pulled from, for example when a missile launcher looks for missiles, it will also look in subsections.
-A size limit for the subsection can be set.

Side Effect: If containers are regarded the same as subsections, charges would be pulled from containers as well, which currently are disregarded for reloads.

1. The ability to use filters already exists.
2. Containers exist for this purpose.

Use the tools already provided.

2.a - Right click on the containers and give them names relevant to what you're putting in them.

Remove T2 BPO's or make them inventable at extreme cost.
