Faction skins without aurum

I know that the profits ccp is making off the skins is amazing atm. But I would like to suggest being able to buy the same skins that you get from the New Eden Store from the faction that they are related to from their LP stores. This would make the skins more available in trade hubs, lower the prices of plex (from people not buying so many to get the aurum to buy the skins), and make a way to get them in game other than grinding isk to buy the plex to convert it to aurum to buy the skin.

I wouldnt expect this to come anytime soon, but in the far future possibly it could be something that CCP considers

Given paragraph 1, why would CCP do this?

Two, if you don't want to buy them with cash, buy them with ISK.

CCP should add more NPC 0.0 space to open it up and liven things up: the Stepping Stones project.

Given that you get a better return buying aur directly, do people really buy plex to convert?
