Citadel launchers

the launchers both torp and cruise have always looked terrable on the phoenix (as it was not designed with them in mined) a fit phoenix looks like it has a bunch of fridge magnets stuck onto it. I would like to see the art team fix this since they would be working in the models for the High angle guns

Screen shot requested. I've never sat in a phoenix, though I can fly one, so I have no idea what you're talking about.

Maybe we get different modules when the tech 2 ones are introduced. Though, I have my doubts about having citadel rage or javelin torpedos - cidatel torpedos now with new zero application missiles, yeay.

They are huge, 150 m deep missile silos for 110 meter long missiles -- what do you expect? Most of the silo height is already hidden inside the ship and you only see the interesting nozzles. CCP could certainly hide even more of it in the ship and only have flat lids on the hull (like the Mega Pulse Lasers), but what would be gained by that. Or do you really want to have huge horizontal Rapid/ Heavy Missile launcher like launchers for 110 meter long missiles? They would make the Phoenix look like a Frankenstein with cybernetic attachments. Use Photoshop and attach upscaled Punishers on the hulls, that's what you get.
Fun fact, the Citadel Torpedo launcher with its 134 meters height is smaller than the Torpedo itself (148 meters).

The placement, however, could be improved. All launchers should be on the side of the ship. The top/bottom launchers on these extrusions in particular are terrible because there's no ship hull underneath these launchers. The missiles literally pop up out of no where.
