I can't log into SISI. I have requested that my account be activated in the stickied thread and CCP did post in that thread "activated" but it still won't accept my username/password.

A few weeks ago I gave my steam account a username and password and it works fine on TQ but not SISI. I have tried the support ticket process but they referred me here saying there is no support for SISI.

Can someone from CCP please help me with this?

I am not from CCP, so I may not have the perfect answer to your problem, but this has been a well known issue since the last mirror, as I cannot log into to Sisi either, although during the mass tests I did have access.

All I can really suggest is to hang tight and wait for the next mirror, from the following thread (which you may or may not have read)
https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=464449&find=unread, There is another mirror coming shortly (although unknown exactly when, could be tomorrow, could be 2 weeks)

Once that is done it should re-sync all of the account data from TQ and allow everyone to log in (or that would be the hope).

I'm as anxious as you are to get onto Sisi, got some testing I want to do without the risk it poses on TQ.
