My comments: This is a starter toon so not too many fancy lv5 skills, however it does get jobs done effectively. I used it as a PvE alt and was quite satisfied with it. It can be upgraded to a pvp toon since it has the core skills pretty well developed.

Price : I'm asking 8 bil for this toon. All CCP rules apply ofc.
