I cannot log into the test server - Beta Launcher

I am unable to log into the test server with this account.

Here is what happens:

-I launcher the launcher.

-Switch servers to Singularity

-Input my user name and password (This is correct as I use the same information to log into the forums and my account on tranquility)

-The launcher asks me to verify one of my characters on the account as apparently this is a new IP address even though its the same computer I always use. Yes I am spelling my characters name correctly and have tried with the two other toons on the same account.

It says my user name and password is incorrect and I can't log into the server.


I can log into the test server on another account on the same computer but not this one.

if you have changed your passwords on any of those accounts in the recent (ish) past try the old ones,

sisi is generally behind a bit

Nothing has worked so far.

I have filed a support ticket but was told they do not support the launcher and to come here.

Why have a ticket system if you don't support it?

They do support the launcher, but not the test server. Your account may not be active on Singularity for whatever reason - see https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=5737150#post5737150 for instructions on account reactivation.

I have done the same and I'm trying to catch CCP habakuk online as I've sent a mail and everything to no avail.
