I pay the transfer fee, all CCP character bazaar rules apply.

Features:

1) Marauders lvl 5, T2 large Hybrids (rails + blasters)
2) Black Ops - also bridge capable (jump portal generation 2)
3) Maxed gunnery skills
4) Focused armor skills, all the basics (hull, PG, CPU upgrades etc. lvl 5)
5) Moros Starter (not a sitter - capital reps 1, siege T1, capital hybrids 1, and jump Cal 4 already trained so it'll be able to fly it by tomorrow morning as a Moros starter char)
6) Covert ops capable (trained the basics so she can fly a stratios)
7) Green killboard, clean corp history
8) Amarr Freighter lvl 1; Two weeks from JF pilot \o/ (this just happens to be a side effect of skill overlap with the moros, kronos, sin, so I trained it for utility)

Only thing missing are some drone skills if you want t2 light and medium drones (not really necessary for blops, I used geckos but the trains are less than a week if you want for using augmented drones).

A bunch of other skills are injected and trained to lvl 1 or 2 for convenience (no SP wasted on them, I just bought a pile of skillbooks so whoever bought this pilot wouldn't have to chase skillbooks around).
