Hi

i am trying to find stations where i can build thrashers every station i have docked in says the facility does not support this function !!!!!
i there a spreadsheet anywhere in eve or a station guide ?

Take a look at dotlan http://evemaps.dotlan.net/map/The_Forge (and bookmark it, it's very useful for a lot of things in EVE).
For your case, if you see a yellow triangle in the squarebox right of a system, it means you can manufacture things in it. You can then click on the system and look at the station list in the bottom of the system informations page, if it says "Factory" you can manufacture ships, module and ammo.

Ingame industry window also has list of all facilities in your current region, you can filter and sort it by all kinds of ways.
