Bug reports ignored for a month, then closed without comment

Hi CCP

With CCP's ongoing efforts to improve customer service, how would something like this occur? I had multiple bug reports open since last year (Yes sounds way more impressive than it really is) but they were all recently closed without explanation or comment. In fact these bug reports have had absolutely no comment from anyone at all. No requests for more information, clarification or even a courteous 'we'll get back to you'.

This seems to be at odds with the stated intent to improve customer service. I do not want to go so far as to say that this seems to be a lie, mostly since I do not want this thread to also get locked but the message unfortunately does not really match with what I've been experiencing.

i know people in the same situation. they sent reports. it went unnoticed. no wonder they play other games now.

I want to see how long they ignore my post about them ignoring my bug reports. It has a certain irony to it that I kinda like.

i also did a bug report last weekend so far no response from CCP

at least an acknowledgement that we receive you report would be nice or simple word that we are looking into it.

no wonder certain players used the bug they found - how can they tell its an abuse or a bug?

Bug reports hardly ever get an response because they don't go to GMs. They go to a big pile of stuff that needs fixing. If you need to know if something is allowed or not then you write a support ticket to get an response if it's allowed.
