Getting to a low sec station is pretty easy, even with no pvp knowledge. It's not that hard to fit an instant warp frigate. Of course there's always the chance someone can catch you, but that's the risk you take anytime you go into low sec.

I've been moving through a dozen wormholes now and still haven't found a single FrostLine site.

Very confusing. I'd have thought they'd turn it off after DownTime, not before.
