As much as I like the idea of adding new kinds of industrials, I must say this is not a role for an industrial. That's the sort of stuff done by EWAR ships. Also, you shouldn't be able to do it while docked because that makes you safe from retaliation.

you NEVER balance anything off price - that just says "only the biggest and baddest boys can have these", and guess what, they don't need them to fight smaller entities......


Price in sandbox game with real economy simulator IS a very legid (and actually wide used already) way of balance.


That sure worked in a great way with supers and titans...

Supercaps are far too cheap for both their hit points and their mass, that was the first mistake.

would make more sense if the sabotage action involved special op agents..you know, actual DUST players. The success of the op will depend on the actual player skills and teamwork. Whole lot better than clickfest mini hacking games.

I think there should be boarding craft... That's a totally different idea though than this.
