Mouse Cursor Glitch

Four bug reports later (they are still open, I checked), this is still not fixed. Recently added it to the Issues thread with no response, so here I am.

At random times the mouse cursor will, for lack of a better description, freak out. Will not correctly respond to the tracball, heavy delay, periods of complete non-response. So far I can Sometimes get a temporary recovery with hitting either the spacebar or the enter key. I have run the corrected Repair tool, checked files with Rescache, checked for updates on mouse drivers, and put in a brand new battery to the mouse. Still acting up.

Some of the actions that Sometimes trigger this game breaking problem.
1. Open or close any window while going through a gate.
2. Open or close any window while undocking.
3. Do not move mouse cursor for longer than 30 seconds.
4. If the ingame client voice comms turns itself back on randomly (a bug in itself), expect problems.
5. Play Eve and wait for it to occur for no apparent trigger.

I've heard theories that it's connected to the new camera settings, that it's from Frostline sites popping in, or sunspots. This started being a bug with the 'Frostline' Release. With the next 'Release' inbound, I think it would make some sense to take care of this (and other) bugs from the last 'Release' before giving us more bugs to QT for repairs.

I too have experienced this. It makes PvP literally impossible. If I attempt to align to pretty much anything either directly in space ot using the overview/UI, it either ignores my command or I just orbit in circles at 500m at my location. Very fustrating. I noticed this bug(?) occurring yesterday morning.
