Camera offset in Captain's Quarters not working?

I am trying out windowed mode in two displays (1920x1080 and 1920x1200 so have to use windowed mode). I can offset camera in space, but not in captain's quarters. Is there something more I need to do that just move the slider for this?

Shouldn't.

I just checked, for some reason the CQ slider does work, but not like it used to. My avatar is only moving right or left half a centimeter at most. Not even a full head width.

My choice of pronouns is based on your avatar. Even if I know what is behind the avatar.

I legitimately forgot Captain's Quarters is an actual thing.
