Hi,

Crime and punishment part of forum is where you want to post this advert.

And EFF is very bad stat./goal for Mercs because it forces your pilots to avoid risks and not enjoy the game.
Just get plenty of kills and do the contracts properly and fully. That is good advertisement and people will hire you more and more.
