anti-cloaking tool

I just thought up a new tool to combat cloaked ships. An aoe cloud that provides an area with scattered debris for a short period of time, maybe even nano drones. Any ships the enter would not be able to maintain cloak. An added feature could be adding racial bonuses like increased ship signature radius, dampened targeting systems, etc.

AFK cloakers are absolutely terrifying


They sit in their Ibises, not moving, not activating mods...petrifying
